Quality is top priority at Diablo. That's why every project goes through a rigorous translation, editing, and cross-checking process that involves at least 4 team members.
First, the Project Manager receives the project from the client and appoints a translator, editor, and cross-checker.
Then, the Translator does the base translation work.
After that, the Editor steps in and ensures that the translation is up to the proper standards. The editor only reads the target language document - after all, native readability of the finished product is the goal.
A Cross-checker then compares the source and target documents to search for any glaring errors, omissions, or mistranslations.
The client is free to log in to the Diablo Intranet and check project status, upload new files, and/or write comments at any time.
Last, the whole team gives the project a final look-over.
When everyone is comfortable with the finished project, the project manager delivers the files to the clients.
Remember, this is all done in-house, which helps make the process fast, clean, and reliable.
